There is one way to reach Glass Almanac and it is a plain email address. No ticket system, no chat widget, no contact form that quietly drops messages. A person reads what arrives. Corrections of fact jump the queue; everything else is answered in the order it lands.

How to reach us
Write to contact@coin-glass.app. Put the page URL in the message if your note is about a specific page, because that single detail saves more time than anything else you could include.
What to write about
Factual corrections
These get priority. Include the URL, quote the sentence you think is wrong, and link the source that contradicts us. Derivatives figures go stale quickly, so a note that a price tier, an app version or a headline number has moved is genuinely useful. When we change a page, we change its update date.
Translation errors
The four main guides are localised. If a translated page uses the wrong term for liquidation, funding rate or margin in your market, tell us which locale and which sentence. Trading vocabulary is regional, and we would rather be corrected by someone who trades in that language.
Press and research
Journalists, academics and analysts are welcome to ask what a page is based on, or how we reached a judgement. We will point to the sources behind any claim. We do not provide forecasts, position data or commentary on where prices are going, because we do not have any of those things.
Sponsorship
Commercial enquiries go to the same address and get an honest answer. We sell labelled outbound placements. We do not sell mentions, ratings, ranking positions, the removal of criticism, or advance sight of a draft.
What we cannot help with
This is the largest category of mail we receive, and the answer is always the same. Glass Almanac is an independent publication with no relationship to CoinGlass, Coinglass Technology Co., Limited, or any exchange, broker or wallet provider. We have no access to any account anywhere.
- We cannot recover an account, reset a password or restore two-factor access.
- We cannot unlock, release or refund funds, on any platform.
- We cannot resolve a dispute with an exchange, or reverse a trade or a withdrawal.
- We cannot contact CoinGlass on anyone's behalf, or escalate a support ticket there.
- We cannot verify whether a third-party service, bot or "recovery agent" is legitimate.
Please do not send us account numbers, wallet addresses, screenshots of balances, or anything resembling a credential. We do not want that data and cannot use it.
If someone claims to be support
Nobody who messages you first is support
An account that appears in your DMs offering to help as "CoinGlass support" is not CoinGlass, and it is not us. Real support does not open conversations on Telegram, Discord or X after you post about a problem. No legitimate service ever asks for a seed phrase, a private key, a password or a two-factor code. A data platform in particular has no reason to ask you to connect a wallet at all.
If you are trying to work out whether a login page or an app is genuine, our guide to CoinGlass login and phishing walks through the checks. We will never contact a reader first, and we will never ask for anything that could move money.
Frequently asked questions
How do I report a factual error on a page?
Email contact@coin-glass.app with the URL of the page, the sentence you believe is wrong, and a link to the source that contradicts it. That last part matters more than anything else: a correction we can verify in a minute gets fixed in a day, while one we have to research from scratch waits behind everything else. When we change a page we also change its update date.
Can you help me get back into my CoinGlass account?
No, and nobody writing to us should send account details. Glass Almanac is an independent editorial site with no affiliation to CoinGlass or Coinglass Technology Co., Limited. We have no admin panel, no user database and no support channel into that company. Account recovery has to go through the platform's own help routes at coinglass.com. We cannot escalate anything on a reader's behalf.
Do you accept sponsored posts or paid reviews?
We accept sponsored outbound links, which are labelled as advertising, and we decline paid reviews, paid rankings, guest posts written by a vendor, and any arrangement conditional on a favourable assessment. Sponsorship enquiries go to the same address as everything else and get a straight answer, usually a short one. No advertiser sees a draft before publication.
